●This product can be cleaned with a damp cloth, but it cannot be bleached or machine washed;  
●This product can be washed with water. We recommend soaking it in cold water for a short time, ensuring the water temperature does not exceed 40°C. Gently squeeze and wash it by hand; do not scrub vigorously or use a brush to clean it;
● After cleaning, hang the product in a well-ventilated area to air dry naturally. Do not wring out or expose to direct sunlight for extended periods. If using a dryer, use a low-temperature setting;
● If pilling occurs on the surface due to friction, simply trim it off with small scissors; this will not affect the appearance of the felt;
●To prevent cross-contamination among pets, this product cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, except for quality issues.
